Hello Area, PI held its subcommittee meeting on 9-17-05 at WDR. There were 2 addicts attending. Not much to report this month. We are steading the guide to phone line service so we can put on a workshop learning day for phone line volunteers. I spoke with the new principle at South Middle School and they are not sure about or presentation. He said to call back in February. My term as PI Chair is over in Oct. Our committee doesn’t have any nominations or no one with the clean time required to serve so the GSR’s might check with there groups for nominees. If no one steps up, I could probably handle 1 more year. Our next meeting will be on 10-15-05 at 1:30pm at WDR

Hello Ozark Area
AASC met on September 17th a WDR at 2:30. Two were in attendance. Two pieces of artwork were turned in. The winner for the theme and artwork will be voted on at our next meeting on October 15th at WDR at 2:30. Plans are set for the Chili Cook Off on November 12th. Flyers will be available at next Area. Hope to see you all at our next meeting the new AASC committee will need your support.

Hello Area, But Do It meets wed nights at 6:30 AT 1502 Mich. In the basement of Building 2. 1st , 2nd, and 3rd, Wed. are closed meeting for addicts only, and the last Wed is open for Birthday Nights or for anyone with an interest in NA. We also have a $33.50 We also have a $33.50 donation

Butterflies Are Free
Hello Area, Butterflies Are Free meets every Thursday at 8:00pm in Anderson MO at the Housing Authority on Hwy.59. We are an open smoking meeting. We are also putting together a Fall even to take place in October. We will get flyers to everyone as soon as possible. Also we would be honored to host Area in December and we have a donation of $25.00 for Area

Miracles meets at 4th and byers. We meet on tue at 8:00 and this is a closed meeting. We also meet Fri at 6:30 and this is an open meeting. Our business meeting is the 2nd fri at 7:45 and Birthday / Speaker night is the last Fri of the month. We have no donation at this time.

Every thing is going great at El Do, Point of Turning. We have given away 1 book. We will selibrate 2, 1 year birthdays the last thirs of the month. We are going strong with 12 to 20 people per. Meeting. We have $20.00 for Aria.

Hello Area, Survivors meets at 618 Jackson. We meet Mon. thru Sat. at noon. Meetings are going well. We’re still a little behind on our rent, but will survive cause were survivors. Our labor day dance went well, everyone had a good time and Debbie T. shared a great message however we only made $26.00 profit. We have a $10.00 donation for Area.

WDR is alive and doing ok. We still have our standard 7 nitely meetings and an occsional midnite meeting. $10.73 donated at area

Remember to do report on the ad hoc about finances keep Area up to date as to Meeting notes and destroy any old checks, notes on financial reports.
SHAREING SESSION:
Mark J. put on function to raise money for the hurricane victims, would AASC be in charge of the function.
Russ W. the people are not there no addresses do we know of any particular groups that we can help. Real good thought
Linda Q. specific areas in and around that area will be on the area website find the area and groups. Really good idea.
Dale S. I am sure there is something we can do like donate chili cook off Linda Q said to put on something before then.
Russ W. says to research and find out what they do need and put our efforts to best use. Investigate what exactly what they do need.
Jackee C. call Region in that area, Mike S. asked Bruce A. to check this out. Bruce will report next Area meeting.
Shelly said to see if the groups would be willing to do this.

Motion: To post Area Guideline on Area Website, Discussion, 2nd from But Do It. Discuss next month.
Motion: To hold Regional donations until Motion to raise prudent reserve is voted on. 2nd, passed.
Motion: to have Allen L. be the Area Secretary, 2nd, no discussion, my resume, passed
NEW BUSINESS
Motion: to amend mileage from 10 cents per mile to 20 cents per mile. Russ W. raise the .10 per mile to .20 per mile because of cost. 2nd .
Jackee C. pays the rooms as an area
Julia S. .42 cents a mile and have 1 room for men and 1 room for women
Dale S. if the gas prices go down will we adjust the allowance
