AASC met at 2:30pm 11-19-05 at We Do Recover.  We elected chairs for some of the positions within the Sub-committee.

Treasurer – Jackee C., Entertainment – Bruce A., Hug Patrol – Pete I., Registration – Linda R., & Secretary – Terri B.

The positions of Vice Chair, Merchandise, and Hospitality are still open.  If you are interested or know someone who is, please have him or her contact me.

We had the Area Chili Cook off on Saturday 11-12-05.  We had two Chili entries and very low attendance.  We paid out $150.00 to the band, $35.00 to the building rental, $ 10.62 for raffle tickets and $41.03 for Soda.  After all that, we made a profit of $24.00, which has been turned in to the treasurer.

We have our sweatshirts in and have been selling them for $25.00 each.  We have sold 12 sweatshirts and $300.00 has been turned into the Treasurer.  We have 13 shirts left.

We worked on getting the New Years Eve function together.  We are looking for a location in Missouri and checking on a band and DJ.  We have asked Jim from Anderson to be the speaker.  He will get back with us in a couple of days.  If he is not available, we will ask Debbie E. from Springfield.  I contacted a band last night they will get back with me on Tuesday.  We will meet again Sunday, Dec. 5th to finalize plans
