Hello Ozark Area

I will be attending Regionals in January and at that time, I will pick up the CAR report for each of the GSR’s.  I got the Regional Minutes a few days after the last area and there were 2 positions to vote for Tracy R. for Campvention Chair and Jimmy B. for RSO Board of Directors.  During new Business today I will be making a motion to have the area put on a CAR workshop.

15 MINUTE BREAK:

SHAREING SESSION:

Did every GSR get with Allen on area functions for the 2006 year.  No answer

Jackee C. asked if she could get a list of people going to Regional

Jackee C. received the lit order

Pam M.  If you have a change to go to regional, get out and visit with others and not just stay in your room.  Find out how many real good people are going through the same things we are going through.

Kenny C.  It is good to be at regional to see how our area functions and see how others functions and offer suggestions to others.

Mark J.  If H&I have a learning day do they have the permission to do this and print t-shirts.  There were controversy in the issue.  Where does the money go, who was going to be in charge of it, Mark said pay for the shirts and sell them at cost.  There can be not profit.  Mark J. says they are going to table it until HOLP and a learning day during HOLP,  will it be a controversy.  H & I does not have the funds available to print up t-shirts.  Isn’t the H & I budgets for Lit and not t-shirts.  Take this back to the groups to get a group conscience.  And table this until February 2006 meeting.  Renita says AWAM made shirts but don’t remember how it was done.

Bruce, did all areas get the corrections in for the meeting schedules.
