Treasurer - Hello Ozark Area, As I told area last month I would not be at area. Kenny & I would be in Edmond and Paul's Valley over this weekend visiting family and grandchildren for Christmas and I am sure going to have a great time. Pam M. was nice enough to bring the treasurer reports to area for me and take any donations from the groups. Thank you so very much Pam for your help. As you can see the treasurer report is pretty explanatory: Donations Total: $450.40 Expenses Total: $541.45 Current Balance: $1182.41 Pam will find out how many rooms & nights we will need for regional and we will get a check issued for rooms at regional. Also, I have enclosed copies of the 2004 - 2005 Budgets that I have done since last Area meeting. Copies are for sub-committees and anyone wanting a copy. Pam & I will get together after area to go over the area meeting stuff probably will see all of you before Christmas, but if I do not have a great one. Chair -no written report
Vice-Chair -Hello area, I attended the sub-committee meetings in December not a whole lot of attendance in any of them. PI: 7 addicts in attendance. Discussed pizza-flyer day with a list of contact places to hang flyers. Also supposed to put on a presentation in 2005 for schools. AASC: 8 addicts in attendance. Discussed merchandise. Elected trusted servants to fill open positions. Discussed pre-registrations. Flyers to be printed up soon for pre-registrations, and sent to region in January. H&I: About 10 addicts in attendance. Discussed meetings in jails. They also received the literature order to take to facilities and tember 21st,s meeting.

RCM - The next Reg. Business meeting will be held Jan. 8&9th 2005 at the Best Western in Jefferson City.. This is the weekend before our next Area meeting.. Regionals are always the 2nd full weekend in Jan., April July ,and Oct. Unless changed by a vote at the meeting. They are always at the Best Western in Jefferson City unless changed by a vote. There is nothing new to report to Ozark Area. Today I will need an estimate of who will be using Ozark Areas rooms so I know if we need both of them so I can make the reservation. Today I also hope to get Ozark Areas votes on the Campvention Expense and income sheets, and the following Regional trusted servants votes Tracy R for Campvention Chair, Josh R. for Regional Service (RSO) Board Member, Larry R. for RSO Chair elect, and Sherry J. for RSO Board Member Respectfully Submitted Pam M.

Literature Review vacant
Public Information - Hello Ozark Area, PI met at WDR on 12-18-04. There were 6 addicts present. We went over the details on the phone line flier day that will be held at WDR at 1:30pm on sat Jan. 22nd . Everyone is invited. We will have pizza following putting out the fliers. We are also working on a all day presentation at the South Middle School. It will be Held sometime in March or April. That s all for now. ILS Bruce A.
AASC Hello Ozark Area, The AASC met at we do recover Dec. 18th at 2:30 pm. Everything is on schedule for the picnic and we finalized the plans for the New Year Eve party. We will have fliers available for the groups. Please announce this in meetings . I hope to see you all there. Our next meeting will be Jan. 15th at 2:30pm We ll have fliers for the picnic for the groups by our next Area. In grateful service Linda Q.

But Do It -December 19, 2004 But Do It Group of NA Joplin, MO 64801 December Report Greetings, Ozark Area My name is Alan. I am an addict serving as GSR for the But Do It Group of NA. But Do It meets every Wednesday at 6:30pm at 1502 East Michigan. Our meeting attendance has been steady, with 10 to 12 addicts in attendance. What a magnificent year 2004 has been. We look forward to the annual Christmas Eve meeting at Ozark Center and the 1st Annual Christmas Eve Narcotics Anonymous meeting at Lafayette House. Fifth Tradition -Hello I m Don C. I m the GSR for 5th Tradition. We still meets at 6:30pm on Tue. And we will have a donation for Area next month our treasurer needed another signature. All is well and our rent is caught up and paid up through Feb. so the donation brought in for hosting Area will be our donation this month of $12.00 ILS Don C.
Serenity Group-Hello Area The Serenity Group meets at 1208 S Garrison Carthage on Mon. nights at 8pm except the 2nd Mon. of the month and we meet Wed. nights at 7pm. Our Mon. night attendance is down due to a recent conflict with the owners of the building. We may be possibly in for a whole new schedule for the new year. I will keep you posted ILS Dennis D. Miracles Group -Hello Ozark Area, Miracles meets at 4th and Byers. We meet on Tuesdays at 8 pm and this is a closed meeting and on Friday at 6:30 pm and this is an open meeting. Our business meeting is the second Friday at 7:45 p.m. and is a speaker's meeting at 6:30 p.m. On the last Friday is our Birthday night. We have an Area donation of $80.10. ILS, Mark J.
Spiritual Principles -Group report for Ozark Area12/19/04 Hello Ozark Area, Spiritual Principals continues to do well. Meetings are held at 618 Jackson in Joplin on Sunday and Wednesday at 9:30 A.M. Birthday meetings are held the last Sunday of the month. This months Birthday celebration will be held on December 26th at 9:30 A.M. Our Wednesday meeting is continuing to grow, attendance averages 15 addicts. We have nothing more to report for this month. ILS, Kevin F.
Survivors - Hello Area, Survivors meets Mon. - Sat. at noon and Fridays at 8:00pm. We meet at 618 Jackson. Attendance is good and there is a good atmosphere of recovery at the meetings. Contributions are down still, maybe due to the holiday season, Survivors has no donation this month. Survivors will be having there annual Sweetheart dance Feb. 12th 2005 Shellie will is the scheduled speaker, location of function will be known by next Area. ILS Jimmy N.
Together in Unity - Absent
We Do Recover -Hello area we do recover meets at 1330 south wall in Joplin 7 nights a week at 8pm. these are open and smoking meetings. And midnight Fri. and Sat. If we have chair people signed up we will be opened Christmas day around 11:00am and new years eve at 8pm through the midnight meeting Our speaker night is the 2nd Fri. of the month at 8pm this meeting is non-smoking. Our birthday night is the last Fri. of the month and is also nonsmoking. No area donation this month due to our group being below our prudent reserve. In loving service Mark B.
