Vice-Chair – Hello Ozark Area, I am in the process of obtaining as many of the past minutes I can find. I am working with 5 different people so it may take a little time I need these minutes for 2 different reasons: one to make sure the changes to the guidelines are accurate and up to date, and two, so that they can be placed in the archives on the Ozark Area website. Be patient the guidlines will be current you will all get a copy and the past minutes will be on the website. Just not today ILS, Mike

Old Business:
- Vote: Renita for H&I Chair-passed

-Discussed wether to transfer $ from HOLP to the Area account this month or next month.did not complete discussion
-Discussed the HOLP funds going back up to $1,000 dollars instead of $500.00 due to the struggles that occured this year due to not having enough funds -Tabled: take back to groups.
-Dissuced that the nomination last month for Jackee to be AAS Secretary was found to be invalid because the Subcommittee has not yet formed so the nomination will take place when Chair position and Guidelines are approved in September.
